The U13s visited Sedgefield this evening and suffered a heavy defeat. Sedgefield batted first and reached 134-4, the score not helped by the fielding and extras. There was some decent bowling, with wickets for George McAdam (2) and William Shield – caught by Dan Newell. Batting, the U13 reached 71-6, Jamie Skipsey top scored with 13. Let’s hope for better away to Stockton on Tuesday.
